Florida 2025: people in condos and mobile homes are being pushed out from their home – what are their options?

Due to some new legislations and questionable behavior of mobile home landlords people in condos and mobile homes are being pushed out from their homes. It all started in June 24, 2021, when surfside condomium collapsed. The government then imposed some kind of mandatory renovations of condos, and some people could not afford it. And thus various rich people started using that situation to their advantage and forcing people out of their home. Also another typical story is common. The mobile home park owners sell their park, and the new owner forces the people out with little compensation. What people can do about it? 1. In the first case, when people are being forced out from their condos, because they are unable to handle the mandatory renovation costs, they should hire some construction assessment professional, which could say "This house will not collapse in 10 years, there is no need for renovation". If the government still requires to renovate the building, sue the governemnt for intervention into private life. Legal fees will be small, as all people in the condo can unite. 2. In the mobile home park case, the owners of home can also unite, hire the attorney, who could force the landlord to pay reasonable compensations for leaving the mobile home. Legal fees will be small, as all people in the mobile park can unite, and see the landlord is being screwed by attorneys while they are watching TV. As I have been putting these 2 options in YouTube comments, they were always deleted by someone. So here it is, people, have your options.
