Florida 2025: people in condos and mobile homes are being pushed out from their home – what are their options?

Due to some new legislations and questionable behavior of mobile home landlords people in condos and mobile homes are being pushed out from their homes. In the first case, when people are being forced out from their condos, because they are unable to handle the mandatory renovation costs, they should hire some construction assessment professional, which could say "This house will not collapse in 10 years, there is no need for renovation". If the government still requires to renovate the building, sue the go...

The most sane countries

Most sane countries have these attributes: 1. Do not recognize Palestine (going against the God’s nation Israel indicate a moral downfall). 2. So according to this criteria, the rankings are below: Country Minors in foster care, % Japan 0.0251 Estonia ...

Child Protective Services Activity 2016-2020

There has been always an ongoing debate whether the measures taken by Child Protective Services (CPS) are not too excessive. For example, it is obviously clear that separating a child from his family by force, even for a few hours, will definitely cause him lifelong issues.  Sometimes a child is separated from his family just to be returned a few days later. Some people may want to protect their kids from such an outcome. National Foster Youth Institute claims that 50% of homeless population spent time in foster care. Is it always a good idea to separate a child from his family and put it into foster care? Here is the map of Child Protective Services Activity. Frequently asked questions: I have high income. Are my kids safe from Child Protective Services investigation? The link between average income and CPS activity is weak.
